Well here we are… almost through April and many of us are thinking ‘holy s**t how is it already May?’ As we approach the fifth month of the year, the Gnarwhal launch party for our cold brew is finally edging closer and quite frankly I am pretty shocked. The amount of time and coordination that has gone into creating the cold brews we are going to launch has been humbling but also the amount of time we have put into this party. Honestly, this party is beginning to feel more important than developing the cold brew in the first place. How does that even make sense? Somewhere between choosing which type of compostable straws we’re going to use and the question of how many stuffed (g)narwhal toys we need for props on the photo wall, I may have lost touch with the ultimate goal of throwing this party in the first place. This party is simply meant to bring my friends and family together as a form of thank you on the initial support, in addition as a request for support as we step forth into the next stage of Gnarwhal Coffee Community.
Going forward, a significant amount of time is going to be spent on growing the brand, building the community, sales (believe it or not we want to make money) and of course improving our products in every way possible. This will inevitably cost money and likely result in a few grey hairs down the road but I am stoked nonetheless.
